On 02-12-2019, it was reported to the Kremmling Police Department that former Administrator for Cliffview Assisted Living, located at 710 Eagle Avenue, in the Town of Kremmling, Destiny Dawn Schumann, age 26, of Grand Junction, Colorado, was suspected of theft from a resident of ClifNiew of $700.00 dollars while she was in her capacity as Administrator for Cliffview Assisted Living.
On 02-22-2019, the Kremmling Police Department obtained a warrant for Destiny Schumann’s arrest for violation of Colorado Revised Statutes -18-4-401 (l)(a) (2)(d)-Theft, a class 2 Misdemeanor, which if convicted can carry a penalty of 3 months and/or $250.00 to 12 months and/or $1,000.00.
On 2-26-2019, Destiny Schumann was arrested for Kremmling Police
Department’s arrest warrant without incident in Mesa County, Colorado. Destiny Schumann is currently out on bond and has a court date in the 14th District in Grand County, Colorado on March 12, 2019.
Destiny Schumann is to be considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction.
