Home Changing the culture and climate of the West Grand Schools West Grand students and staffulty attended the Jostens Renaissance National Conference in Orlando. The conference’s focus is improving school climate and culture. Nearly 2000 students and adults were present at the conference and worked collaboratively to share and develop ideas to bring back to their schools. The trip was paid for through Title IV funds, which are Federal Funds schools receive and may be utilized for school climate. To choose students, High School Principal Elizabeth Bauer chose a boy and girl from each grade level at the high school who would help facilitate culture and climate in the upcoming year.
