Kremmling residents voted in a new mayor in Tuesday’s election. Grover Pryor leads the results with 63% of the votes while incumbent Thomas Clark trails with only 36% of the total votes. There were nine trustees vying for four positions and the top seats are still not cemented until after April 11. There were 372 ballots counted and there are still ballots in question. There are 33 ballots that require a signature verification, 6 UOCAVA (overseas or active military ballots), and 6 ballots that are being challenged based on their current addresses. These votes could change the current leaders in the town trustee election. Town Clerk Rhonda Shearer reports the ballots in question must be returned by April 11 and will be tallied that evening.. The final votes will will then be canvassed and finalized on April 12.

If your ballot was challenged or needed a signature verification, you were mailed a letter.
