The Hotel Eastin is 112 years old and is one of the cornerstones of Kremmling. The building started out to be the De Ja Vue-Kremmling Bottling Works with an eight room boarding house on the second floor. It was called The Schuler House. In 1937, Lum & Marie Eastin purchased the building and added on to make 22 rooms upstairs and six rooms downstairs while changing the name to The Eastin Hotel. There were two generations of Eastins that ran the hotel until 1995 when they sold it to Marlyss Egge.

“She sold it to us in 2012 which is where our story begins. Before living in Kremmling we lived in Estes Park, where I managed a lodge for 12 years and Walt started the Antiques Hospital,” said MaryAnn Van Lue who owns the Hotel Eastin with her husband, Walt.

“We offer hotel rooms starting with boarding house rooms, standard rooms and theme rooms. We offer special occasion packages for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentines ,or just because. We have Received the Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor for the last 4 years,” MaryAnn continued.
