At Wednesday’s Town meeting, Kremmling trustees approved Ranch Creek Waste as the Town’s new waste collection company Ranch Creek Waste purchased the Town of Kremmling’s waste removal and recycling contract from Aces High earlier and will use their trash truck, dumpsters and totes. The services and pick-ups will remain very similar.
Ranch Creek Waste is a newly developed waste company located at 441 Highway 125 in Granby. They are also developing a transfer station at the same location operating under the name of Middle Park Transfer.
Kremmling will be Ranch Creek Waste’s first customer. Noting complaints of non pick-ups from Aces High based in Steamboat Springs, Town Manager Dan Stoltman noted Ranch Creek Waste’s closer proximity to Kremmling should allow them to respond more quickly to problems that may arise; however, residents shouldn’t notice much change otherwise.
