I hope you didn’t put away your winter clothes and bring out your summer clothes yet! It looks like we’re in for a few more snowy days!

With today being my last day as the Executive Director of the Kremmling Area Chamber of Commerce, I look back fondly over the last three years. It has been an awesome experience to serve this small town and the be part of a tight knit community. I think that Kremmling is on the brink of expansion, but just like all the other “locals”, I hope that it will be able to maintain it’s small town charm while expanding.

There are a few things that I have been working on that will probably come to fruition in the next few months.

One, are welcome baskets for new residents moving into Kremmling. This was an idea submitted to me by Becky at Subway, and we are almost ready to roll it out. Please let the Chamber know if you would like to participate.

Two, banners across Park Ave./ Hwy 40. With the number of vehicles that come through town, this is a great opportunity to let passers-by know about upcoming events. I want to thank Walt and Maryann Van Lue for allowing us to erect a pole on their property. We now have to get the poles in place and we hope to have banners prominently displayed by summer.

Business of the Month: Congratulations to our March business of the month, Show Me Inspections owned and operated by Charley and Cindy Smith. If you need a residential or commercial inspection give Charley a call at 417-234-7488. They happily service Middle Park and the surrounding areas.
