The annual event will be held on Sunday, September 30 and raises money for Grand County families, friends, and neighbors who are living with cancer. The funds are administered by the Mountain Family Center, and 100% of the proceeds earned stay in Grand County.

Registration for the 5K walk or run event is encouraged by September 20 to ensure everyone receives a t-shirt, but registration can also be done on the day of the event at Pancho & Lefty’s in Grand Lake from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. Registration is $35. The start time is at 10 a.m. The event also includes a silent auction with coveted items such a numbered Grateful Dead Jerry Garcia watch, an Italian dinner for eight and an intimate concert by Peggy Mann, a lift chair from the Zephyr Lift in Winter Park, and a football autographed by John Elway.
