Third arrest was made in the vehicle burglaries


Today, November 15, a third arrest was made in the vehicle burglaries that occurred at the end of October in Kremmling, Hot Sulphur Springs and Granby.

Todd Alan Williams is being charged with conspiracy to commit first degree criminal trespass – a class 6 felony; criminal possession of a financial device – a class 1 misdemeanor; unauthorized use of a financial transaction device – a class 3 misdemeanor and theft -a class 3 misdemeanor; and theft – a class 3 misdemeanor.

Earlier Brook Ewing and James Walter Russell were arrested in connection to the string of burglaries.

Kremmling Police Chief Jamie Lucas said, “We feel this arrest on Todd Alan Williams brings a close to our investigations into those string of car burglaries.”
