Keller Williams Realty, the largest real estate franchise by agent count in the world, has just grown by five more agents right here in Kremmling.
With over three decades with Omni Real Estate, Carrie George and Brenda Kellen have made the move to Keller Williams Top of the Rockies Real Estate. They are joined by their new colleagues Deb Davidson and Liz Gritschke. Brenda’s husband, Tom Kellen, is also joining Keller Williams, and they will work as a husband and wife team.
“Keller Williams is the industry leader in training and technology,” says George. In 2017 Keller Williams was named the top training company across all industries by Training Magazine. “We are so impressed with the quality resources available to us which in the end is a great benefit to our clients,” continues George.
“It has been a great experience working for Omni Real Estate. As the real estate industry continues to evolve with ever changing market conditions and advancing technology we felt the timing was right to make a move,” says Brenda Kellen.
Deb Davidson, who has worked for two other Keller Williams offices in other parts of Colorado, is a huge proponent of the company. “I have always loved and been involved in Grand County. When I moved here permanently, I wanted to stay with a company that has proven to be extremely successful for my clients. I am elated that we are opening our own Keller Williams brokerage office right here in Kremmling and continuing with a company that cares deeply for their colleagues and also has a positive impact for our clients and communities.”
Liz Gritschke, who is relatively new to real estate was attracted to the culture of the company and the extensive training available to its agents. “The Keller Williams company motto sums it up best for me; Whether it’s serving each other, serving our communities or serving our planet, a culture of doing more than just selling real estate defines us as a company,” Gritschke adds.
The Kremmling location is the flagship Keller Williams office in Grand County. Keller Williams cultivates an education-based, technology-driven culture that emphasizes teamwork and the spirit of agent collaboration. The company is very philanthropic both by helping their own agents during times of need, such as the hurricanes of 2017, and on Red Day in May of each year when Keller Williams agents from around the globe take a day away from their businesses to serve worthy organizations and causes in their own communities.
The Kremmling Keller Williams Top of the Rockies office is now open for business and will be temporarily located at 112 3rd Street on the Kremmling Town Square while the permanent office space is prepared and renovated.
