November 18, 2019- Middle Park Health (MPH) was announced as a 2019 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award winner in Patient Experience in their Emergency Departments. This award honors organizations who have reached the 95th percentile for patient experience, engagement or clinical quality performance. Middle Park Health achieved this distinction by reaching the top 5% for each quarter for the award year in Patient Experience in the Emergency Departments.
Middle Park Health uses Press Ganey surveys to determine how the organization is performing with patient experience and to assure they are meeting patient’s expectations. Press Ganey survey measures Likelihood to Recommend, Overall Rating and/or Teamwork. The 2019 awards are based on quarterly performance between May 2018 – April 2019.
